I want to bring you back to a more human dimension, in contact with nature, where we find everything we need for our beauty care. The rest is done by your beauty routine, awareness, and a few good rules to follow with devotion. And beauty and self-care are assured. Your beauty, not the one imposed by social media and not in line with your true self. The one that makes you appear radiant and beautiful, the kind that reflects harmony, self-confidence, balance, and uniqueness. The perfect foundation on which to play with imaginative makeup looks for lively moods and special occasions, or for everyday use.
Let's start by talking about the products and tools we need. Where we find them, and above all, what nature offers us for these three fundamental areas: Products. Tools. Inner well-being.
Our all-purpose product is water. Yes, simply water. Hot and cold for different uses and results.
But the secret is how we use it and how often throughout the day: externally for washing, drinking, and consuming. Hot water relaxes, unwinds, dilates pores, softens, and warms the elements and the skin. Conversely, cold water tones, firms, tightens, and eliminates inflammation. Used alternately, it reactivates circulation, oxygenates the skin, and nourishes cells. We achieve many things with simple water. Everything is amplified by paying attention to how and when we use it throughout the day. This is where awareness and rules come into play. Inner well-being comes from the holistic world connected to the product, its use, and the sensations and emotions it gives us. If this is the wild card, this is the magic.
In guiding you through this new dimension of beauty—natural, fresh, free of preservatives or industrial and chemical-derived ingredients, affordable, readily available, and always available—I will proceed in order to provide a memorable guide. Because it must stick in your head easily to become a new habit. So: Element. Its use. Effect. Its inner magic. A recurring appointment where I discuss the various elements, beauty routines, and the inner well-being and confidence that comes from them.
Water, soap, salt, honey, oil, flours, products prepared by artisans and herbalists to save time and meet certain needs—time, hands, sea sponge, linen cloth, loofah, and more—will become your new allies in natural beauty.
